Our full service spa offers the ultimate in relaxation with our Quiet Room, private Hydrotherapy Tub, & outdoor patio seating. For your comfort & convenience, we provide you with a robe, spa sandals, & towel. Spa gowns, disposable undergarments & boxers are provided to wear in our Hydrotherapy Tub.

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

If you need to rearrange your schedule please give us a 24-hour notice. If you miss an appointment without calling or cancel without 24-hours notice, you will be billed and will need to pre-pay for all future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as to not delay the next guest. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment.

SERVICES TO MINORS

To ensure the comfort of all guests, the following rules apply to the presence of a minor in the spa: The spa is an adult oriented atmosphere; therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children 12 or under for any reason. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to be in the relaxation area unless they are receiving services. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted to wait while their parent or guardian receives services. Children under the age of 18 will need a signed waiver for services. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian for services. Guests age 13-15 may receive services ONLY if accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The parent/adult guardian must sign our Client Profile release form. The parent/guardian must be present in the room while services are being rendered. The minor guest must keep undergarments on while services are being rendered. All waxing services being performed on children under 16 will be at the discretion of the Esthetician. International Day Spa reserves the right to deny any body service on a minor guest if deemed appropriate at the time of service.

WATER TREATMENTS

Please be advised that individuals receiving water treatments must be able to safely get on and off the water table & enter and exit the tub independently without assistance. For the safety of our clients and staff, we are unable to provide physical assistance during this process. If you have any concerns about your ability to do so, please consult with a medical professional prior to scheduling your treatment.

TIPPING POLICY

Tipping is not expected, but is always appreciated (about the same as you would tip your hairdresser).

SPATIQUE

Our Spatique has everything needed for a Spa at Home .International Day Spa carries the entire Murad Cosmeceutical line. Other product lines include: Mineral Essence, Perfumies, Farmhouse Fresh, SpaRitual Vegan Nail Polish, Sonoma Lavender Neck Wraps, Hydra Shower Bursts, Shea Butter Soaps, & a variety of Essential Oils.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please note that receiving treatments when ill (with cold or flu for example) may cause your symptoms to accelerate and, if contagious, may place our treatment staff in an unhealthy environment. If illness is detected, alternative treatments or rescheduling may be necessary. For your safety and to ensure the best possible care, we request that all clients inform us of medical conditions, injuries, allergies or sensitivities prior to receving body treatments.

COMFORT LEVEL

When receiving your treatment, your Therapist will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product, and sequence of service they are providing. We encourage you to also communicate how you are feeling during your service, and if there is anything specific you would like us to address.

RETURN POLICY

International Day Spa offers a 60 day store credit on all retail purchases with receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, the item can be exchanged for a different product or returned for store credit within 60 days of the transaction. We are happy to help you find a product that will better suit your needs. International Day Spa has the right to deny a return or exchange based on purchase history or excessive returns.

GIFT CARD POLICY

International Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Gift certificates are redeemable for services or product and may not be redeemed for cash. All gift cards are non-refundable. All gift cards must be presented at time of visit and we cannot guarantee they will be 'linked' to your account at the Spa.

OTHER GIFT CARD POLICY

Outside gift cards such as Spa Finder, Spa Wish, and Spa Week are accepted at International Day Spa. They can be redeemed for retail product or service. They cannot be used to purchase International Day Spa gift cards, series of services, or used for gratuity. There is a redemption limit of $200 per client, per day for these types of gift cards.
